How to find us


Traveling to the Innovation Centre by car

    Directions from A38, travelling West
  • Leave the A38 at its junction with the A380
  • Travel South on the A380, passing Newton Abbot
  • Just before Torquay, the A380 turns right at a traffic island
  • Continue on the A380, and go straight over the crossroads formed by the A385 Paignton-to-Totnes road
  • The road then becomes the A3022
  • After the road has passed under a footbridge , turn right at the next traffic lights (signed South Devon College)
  • This is Long Road; and the College is half a mile down Long Road, on the right.
    Directions from A38, travelling East
  • Leave the A38 at its junction with the A385
  • Travel East on the A385, through Totnes
  • Where the A385 crosses the A380 on the outskirts of Paignton, turn right (towards Brixham the A3022)
  • After the road has passed under a footbridge, turn right at the next traffic lights (signed South Devon College)
  • This is Long Road; and the College is half a mile down Long Road, on the right.

Traveling to the Innovation Centre by bus

  • South Devon College have teamed up with Stagecoach, Torbay Council and Devon County Council to make sure that getting to the new College is as easy as possible.
  • A NEW 12A service, which complements the existing 12 service, and runs every 15 minutes (both ways) between Newton Abbot and Brixham, calling at the new Campus.
  • Enhanced journeys on the Route 66 from Torquay to Paignton, calling at the new Campus. This service is also be extended to include the Watcombe, Barton and Hele areas of Torquay.
  • A new route from Teignmouth and Kingsteignton to the new campus.
  • Review of services from areas such as Totnes, Dartmouth, Kingswear, Ashburton and Buckfastleigh, these buses either divert straight to the College at key times and / or link in with existing routes.
Traveling to the Innovation Centre by train

  • British Rail to Paignton Train station, cross the road to Paignton Bus Station and link with the 12A service direct to South Devon College.
