Retail is a challenging environment at the best of times.  In the current climate, things are particularly tough and the number one priority has to be maximising the value of every customer that walks through the door.

To help achieve this, Olympic coach turned retail consultant, Dennis Reid will be delivering the second in a series of four free ‘Boost Your Business’ workshops on the 23 February 2009. The first workshop was extremely well attended with over 130 delegates benefiting from Dennis' thought-provoking presentation.

Each event will last for one afternoon and will cover ‘play to win’ techniques, specifically designed to help business owners, managers and senior staff of the retail and hospitality sectors in the Bay.
